How to Apply

You may apply using either of the following methods:

Online Application – create an account and complete the form online.
Offline Application – download the application form, complete it offline, and upload the completed form together with required documents.

Complete the application form with your personal details and academic information.

Upload required documents: passport photo, payment proof and religious leader's letter.

If you applied offline, upload the completed application form together with the required supporting documents.

Follow your application progress through the applicant portal.

Submit the required documents including payment proof and religious letter.

The admissions desk verifies documents and reviews applications.

Applicants are notified of application decisions through the applicant portal.

Applications open February 26, 2026 7:30 AM – June 18, 2026 6:00 PM.

Date of exams: Saturday 20 June, 2026 (08:30am - 10:30am)

Non-refundable application fee of MK40,000.00 payable upon submission.
